The 5th annual Tee Off for Dogs golf Tournament took place on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton, CA. This annual event is organized by GDB alum Frank Frand and his Guide Cardinal. Frank generously hosts this event to support the visually impaired community and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
This year’s event included a fun “Blind Man” hole where golfers could tee off under blindfold! The course was challenging and fun for 99 golfers and the day concluded with dinner, awards, and opportunities in a silent auction. Puppy raisers with puppies in training were available throughout the course for pets and happy tail wags.
L.A. Southwest members ang guests had a truly enjoyable day at the event.
